The Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA®) is organizing the 17th International Halal Food Conference under the theme: Preserving the Trust – Ensuring Integrity in the Halal Food Industry. The conference will be held on April 13-15, 2015 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center, 1551 Thoreau Drive N, Schaumburg, Illinois, 60173.
The conference is a platform to discuss key issues within the halal food industry, in order to manage the process at all stages of the supply chain, with a focus on halal certification. Sessions and workshops at this event are designed to foster cooperation and coordination to enhance understanding and management of relevant issues. The conference will be attended and addressed by renowned scientists, scholars, industry executives, and halal authorities from around the world.
